Our content is designed for real schedules. We assume you have a job, responsibilities, and limited patience for complicated protocols. If a wellness strategy requires equipment you don’t own, time you don’t have, or motivation levels that are unrealistic, we don’t recommend it.

Why We Started

Scratch Sprunki was created to fill a specific gap in wellness publishing. Most health content falls into two categories: aggressively commercial (selling supplements, apps, or lifestyle fantasies) or academically detached (technically accurate but practically useless). We occupy the middle ground — content that respects research without requiring a research background to apply it.

The name reflects our approach: “scratch” as in starting from fundamentals, “sprunki” as a reminder that wellness doesn’t have to be self-serious to be effective.
